Tuesday, October 20, 2009 The proceeds from the 3rd Annual Cathedral Classic will go towards the replacement of the Kitchen in Burke Hall. | Invitation Letter | Brochure | This past February there was a fire in Burke Hall on the lower level of the Cathedral. There was extensive damage done to the kitchen. While the insurance company will assist with replacement costs we have discovered that the cost to bring the kitchen up to code far exceeds the insurance payment. The proceeds from this year’s tournament will go towards the replacement of the kitchen. |

The Cathedral is the seat of many diocesan activities as well as home to faithful parishioners who utilize Burke Hall on an almost daily basis. The Knights of Columbus, Women’s Council, School PTO, Youth Group, Boy and Girl Scouts are a just a few of the parish organizations who utilize the kitchen facility to reach out to the greater community. These past few months have seen an increase in ways to creatively continue activities without a kitchen but it is my priority to have a full service kitchen up and running soon. Please consider this opportunity to concretely support the restoration of our kitchen with your generosity while enjoying premium golf at a world-class course.
