Kristin Grasson, Director of Religious Education All CCD Classes, Grades K-HS, meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. To teach the Catholic Faith to every child who is entrusted to our care and to lead them into a personal relationship with Christ. Registration forms and information for the 2011-2012 school year can be obtained at the church rectory, by contacting the Office of Religious Education, or by downloading the forms below. Regular Registration fees are $130 for a family with 1 child in the program, $140 for 2 children, and $150 for 3 or more children. Minimum $50 due with Registration. Classes are held in the St. Thomas More School on Wednesday nights from 6:45 to 8:15pm. Students are to meet in the STM school cafeteria before class begins. Students who complete the Level 1 class will receive the sacraments of Penance and First Communion during the Spring of their Level 2 classes. The sacramental preparation for these sacraments takes place during their regular classes. Any student in the 3rd grade or above who has not received the sacraments of Penance or First Communion will begin the two year preparation process for the Sacraments upon their registration.
Preparation for Confirmation begins in the Fall of the students 7th Grade year, for students who have been enrolled yearly.
We rely on volunteers to be our catechists, teacher’s assistant, hall monitors, greeters, etc. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Office of Religious Education to find out where we have a need. If you would like to download, print, and fill out registration forms, each Family is asked to fill out one (1) Family Form per family, along with one (1) Student Form and Emergency Form per student. |
