Religious Education Registration Form 2023 - 2024

Welcome to Cathedral of St. Thomas More Religious Education! We are excited that your child will join us for our faith formation classes on Wednesday evenings 6:45-8pm (for grades 1-high school) from September to May. Please complete a Registration Form for each child. Please be sure to fill in all the student information, specifically grade in public school for 2023-2024 and the dates of any sacraments received. If your child has any allergies or specific learning needs, please briefly indicate that on the registration form and we will contact you for additional information, if needed.
