Don’t Forget Your Mother’s Birthday!

The Blessed Mother’s birthday (September 8th) is one of three nativities celebrated in the Church’s Liturgical Calendar.

At the Cathedral, in addition to marking the Liturgical Feast of the Blessed Mother’s Nativity on September 8th, we will have our social celebration on the preceding Saturday, September 6th. Please join us for birthday cake at the 9th Annual Celebration of the Nativity of the Blessed Mother. The Celebration will take place on Saturday, September 6th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Cathedral’s Burke Hall. The celebration will include hymns, the Rosary, Birthday cake, fellowship and a short talk about the Blessed Mother by our Transitional Deacon Donghan Lee. The event will conclude around 8:30 pm.
