Religious Education Registration Form 2025-2026

Welcome to Cathedral of St. Thomas More Religious Education! We are excited that your child will join us for our faith formation classes on Wednesday evenings 6:45-8pm (for grades 1-high school) from September to May. Please complete a Registration Form for each child. Please be sure to fill in all the student information, specifically grade in public school for 2025-2026. If your child has any allergies or specific learning needs, please briefly indicate that on the registration form and we will contact you for additional information, if needed.
